      Pros

      Very positive environment and they really give you all the tools you need in order to be successful it is just a matter of how much effort you want to put in and how much resilience you have. Great office atmosphere as everyone is a young professional, so it stays fun.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work can be long and grueling especially when you aren't having a good day so it is difficult to bring your A game to this type of work everyday, but the more you do the more successful you will be.

      Pros

      Great work atmosphere where everyone truly cares about one another. Everyone I have ever met at Power is more than willing to work with you and help you to improve. As long as you are willing to work hard and be open to learn you will do well at Power.

      Cons

      It's difficult to find a good work/life balance when working at Power. There are a fair share of long days and most times when you are not technically on the clock its hard not to be thinking about the job.
