Pros

I worked for this company for a long time moving up in the ranks and am very satisfied with the experience. This is a hard core sales job. Meaning that if you work hard you will get compensated greatly not only monetarily but professionally as well. Everything that Power does is a science and you have to be very tactical as you approach every sales call. The training is hands down the best training I have ever received. Even if you don't stay at the company it is very useful in future endeavors. The products are amazing and I would definitely use them in my own home. Working for Power is a true brotherhood. You bond with your coworkers because they battle with you, understand your pains, and everyone works together. This is seldom seen in other organizations and is the one thing I miss the most. From the marketers, other sales reps, to management, everyone is a brother and everyone has your back.

Cons

The biggest con is the balance of work and life. To be truly successful at this job you have to blur the line greatly and make work a big part of your life. This is ingrained into the culture. If you aren't willing to do that, don't take the job. But if you're willing to jump in with both feet, there isn't a better opportunity.

Cons

Must bare the weather Hot Cold Snow Rain... There will be work Its is hard to move up if you are an average marketer although there is potential Just a whole lot of potential, its really up to you to take advantage of it. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. Major CON. Lied about hours, Usually ended up getting in an hour before they say to and leaving at least an hour afterwards. 11-7 really meant 10 til 8/8:30

Pros

The environment is like nothing I have ever experienced. Everyone there is always happy and more than willing to give time and training at a moments notice. Not once have I had to beg for help with anything like in previous companies I've worked for. Everyone is a phone call away including management. One thing that really stands out to me is how your compensation is directly correlated to the work you put in. The harder you work, the more you make. I don't have a company telling me I'm only worth $10 or $15 per hour. I decide what I'm worth. Lastly, there are plenty of opportunities for growth within the company which was a huge factor in taking the job.

Cons

The only con that I could say there is is how unpredictable the hours are but in joining the company you accept that and get used to it quickly. Everything they do is done for a reason and sometimes it's hard to understand that. Hint: ask questions on why things are done the way they are and the reasoning makes complete sense.
