Pros

Started off as a marketing representative and very quickly found myself advancing throughout the company. Lots of advancement opportunities, they only hire from within. Often find myself hanging out with coworkers at night or on the weekends; power is not just a job. It is a way of life. Great social atmosphere, and culture. The amount of money you can make is ridiculous, and they give you all the tools you need to be successful. They offer constant training throughout your career so you can further developed your skill set. Endless incentives as motivation.

Cons

100% commission can be frightening at first, but If you work hard, there are endless opportunities to make $. Odd work hours; it definitely takes time to get used to the schedule. Mandatory Saturday shifts (only mornings), optional Sunday shifts. Lots of driving.

Pros

Friendly atmosphere, great culture, and plenty of opportunities to move up within the company. Free Xmas trip to Mexico every year. Constant training, and help from co-workers. They're always having promotions, competitions, and incentives for their employees to make more $. A job that helps you learn self discipline and goal setting in order to succeed. Work hard, play hard mentality. The company is always hosting open bars and events to show their appreciation to their employees. A fun and upbeat place to work!

Cons

Having to work weekends is not too great, but they're short shifts.. Also having to work mandatory shifts to make up time off for holidays

Pros

There are many reasons Power was named the number one place to work in America for millinials this year. Words to best describe the position and Power are Culture, Challenging, compensation, and Caring. These words were some of the biggest things I was looking for in a job and I found them in abundance at power. For one, the culture and atmosphere that is created at power is unparalleled in any job I have ever been a part of. Because of this culture I can honestly say I never truly feel like I'm "working". This job is also a challenge and not for everyone. You have to continuously have the hunger, drive, and work ethic to better yourself ever day. And you if commit yourself to these ideas you will be heavily compensated. With an uncapped commission structure YOU decide how much you make and the person you want to be. And lastly, this is a caring company. They equip and train you with ever tool that you need to be successful at the position. With the amazing leadership and constant attention to their employees Power home remodeling group is the fastest growing home remodeling company in the country for a reason and I'm glad I joined on when I did.

Cons

Like I said before, this job is not for everyone. It requires a work ethic not many jobs require and a mental mind set that constantly challenges you to get better. Work/life balance is unorthodox but very manageable.
