Pros

I've been with Power for just under 8 months but in the industry of home improvements for almost 10yrs. I can tell you first hand Power is in no way,Fa shape or form the typical home improvement company. I receive compliments about the company almost daily, about how nice the employees are, about how responsive we are to customer needs and most importantly how we stand by our work. To hear these things makes me proud to be a part of Power. A quick list of pros would be ; great co-workers, leadership listens, opportunity for growth, perks such as vacations and outings multiple times a year, bonus opportunity every month, Operation managers get personal vehicles, offer medical benefits and 401k

Cons

Work days can be long and dealing with traffic is frustrating, but that's the nature of working out in the field. Operations are salaried positions and 40+ hour 5 day work weeks, but working extra days is overtime pay at an hourly rate, which is great way for someone motivated to make extra money
