Pros
It was sweet being around a lot of upbeat, optimistic guys who were happy to be at work and really enjoyed what they did. I felt that I was getting paid to talk to people and be around my friends all day long. The pay was great, the training was solid, and the education about how to market myself as a brand was eye-opening. All in all, a great experience and I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism of Power.
Cons
Sometimes, the talks from management could feel a little cult-like with their exaltation of "Power people" and wanting people to be rah-rah all the time about working for Power. But at the same time, i can understand their philosophy for encouraging these behaviors, even if I don't like them.
