      - A true family environment - Power believes that strong culture is the foundation for prolonged success - Compensation is highly competitive. I've worked in a few different industries and I'd put Power's compensation plans against any of them. - The company is expanding nationally and there are strong opportunities to grow within the business - new positions and departments are being created as need dictates
