Amazing company benefits and trips. No company does a work conference like POWER. Most importantly, YOU control how successful you are.

Cons

Long hours. Every day is a grind. The schedule can interfere with your social life at the start of your career. Not a job where being mediocre will get you by. Be ready to work

-True earning potential! -Great hand on training with little or no experience necessary -Family atmosphere with endless opportunities for growth -Appreciated and acknowledged for your hard work and effort -Everyone in Management and Executive Staff started from the bottom and can speak from experience...the CEO started by knocking on doors -Whether it be a peer, management, or the CEO himself, I have always felt like my personal happiness is number one! The support at this company is unbelievable and goes way beyond helping me better the business. I have been taught life lessons and truly made a better person because of my experience here. I have been challenged to look within and reach my full potential everyday
