      There is a real team atmosphere at Power. The company is growing with a plethora of potential avenues of upward mobility. Management really appreciates the efforts of its employees. Company Culture is unparalleled - holiday trip to Mexico is amazing.

      Training can be challenging. Not for the lazy.

      Pros

      if you have no prior sales experience, this is a good company. very hard to move up but you will get good sales experience. they take you to cancun mexico for winter holiday.

      Cons

      very hard to move up. you literally have to go out and party with management and owners to get in good and move up. you are on the phone all day taking phone calls and its very tough to convert most of them. they use some good new leads, when the experienced reps dont get them first, some leads are literally years old and people dont even remember who we are or when they gave us their info.

      The earning potential is limitless at this company. They reward hard work and are constantly hosting events to remind employees how significant their contribution is to the company.

      Cons

      The hours are long and the schedule can be grueling, but the company continues to remind its employees through training and leadership that the results can be fruitful.
