The company is incredibly successful. They care about their customers. Senior Management is truly dedicated to their people. The opportunity to thrive here is real. Just have to put in the time, appreciate that work is hard and dedicate yourself to getting better every day. The rest takes care of itself. Has for me so far and hundreds of others that see every day.

Cons

Work life balance is a challenge but any job worth having is a job you need to dedicate yourself to.

The leaders of the company are intelligent, approachable, motivational and have a clear vision for the future. The company continues to grow and thrive. The people that I work with are incredible and I love coming to work everyday. The growth potential is endless for those who work hard and put in the required dedication and passion for their work. The company is employee focused and they make every effort to reward their employees for their hard work, including a holiday trip to Mexico.

Cons

For those who do not want to work hard, this is not the place for you.

Pros

There are no slackers here. Everyone takes pride in their work and helps one another accomplish their goals. Positive reinforcement and encouragement are the building blocks of success at Power. Your coworkers are your friends and supporters. Power is constantly evolving so there's always more to learn. My friends outside of Power want in because of all the great things i have to say about my company.

Cons

I love coffee but not the break room coffee. It's not so great.
