Pros

Unlimited income potential with continuos training available. Office is relaxed and scheduling is flexible. Many different personalities and possible advancement opportunities.

Cons

Leads generated from the marketing department are mostly dead ends and mislead numbers just to meet quota. Sales reps are only trained on new products once they successfully sell initial product. Windows. Siding. Roofing.

Pros

This is a company that rewards hard work and dedication. And it feels more like a family as we are always gathering for fun events. The company is even sending us to Cancun for a holiday party to thank us for all of our hard work!

Cons

Parking can be a bit far depending on what time you are coming into work. They do have a private and secure lot.

Pros

Trying to list just some of the best reasons to work at Power is a challenge in itself. Every job is hard in its own way, but not all make the hard work worth it. I've been here almost two years and I can honestly say that every minute of hard work I've put in has been well worth the effort. I've been at other jobs, or at other companies that require you to work hard, but with Power, it's not so much a requirement as it is a privilege. It's easy to be motivated to go the extra mile when you know upper management has ten times the amount of time and effort invested in the business. I never get the feeling like you're the only one working hard either. Everyone around me on a daily basis is just as motivated to put in the extra effort. I find it hard to believe that that's a coincidence. The way that Power takes care of their employees is honestly unmatched. In my opinion, it's such a unique working experience because at the end of the day, you don't feel like Power owes you anything. Everyone's hard work is compensated and recognized. I feel like there is such a concentrated effort here to make sure everyone is immersed in the culture we have here. A lot of companies will say that they're a "family", with everyone knowing it's just a recycled byline. At Power, it never seems forced or disingenuous. I'm very grateful to be a part of that. The thing about Power that stands out the most to me, and has impacted me the most is the career opportunity. I can come to work every day and know I'm always working towards that next step. I never feel as if I've hit a ceiling, which is a luxury that doesn't come along too often. There are always new challenges to overcome and new plateaus to hit. I can't wait to see how

Cons

There are very few downsides to working here to be honest. Gun to my head, i would say the odd hours. Since we operate around the rest of the work force, typically its a departure from the traditional nine to five.
