Pros

PHRG has a great culture. The office in Rosemont has a great work environment. I learned a great deal working here. All the management staff is very helpful and want you to succeed. The employees are all very friendly and also extremely helpful. Not to mention you can make a good amount of money working here.

Cons

Late and odd hours. Lots of driving.

Power promises many things that seem to good to be true but it is exactly what they tell you.

There is always help for anyone in need of it and you are compensated very nicely

Cons

The hours can be very inopportune. You are essentially on call from 8AM to 7PM and can be working until 1AM.

Pros

From day one you are greeted with an honest representation of the company and what you can expect from it. From the co-workers to the senior management you have nothing but support for you to be successful within the company. The training that you get is truly second to none! You also get the opportunity to keep training as much as you would like, no one will ever tell you no to learning something that can help you. Once initial training is over you are able to go and meet people based on the needs that they have and truly make a difference in someone's life. All in all this is a very rewarding place to work!

Cons

The hours are not typical in any way but if you can get over the fact that you are not off at 5 like most you can still manageable very nice work/life balance.
