Pros

Best training in the industry, excellent pay structure, great culture, coworkers go out of their way to help you out.

Cons

Almost too focused on corporate culture, as with any sales gig if you're not producing you're not seeing the money come in. If you're not 100% I'm love with the job it's hard to fake it and be successful.

Fun Environment Great people all expense paid Trip to Mexico in december, just have to buy a flight

Cons

your told you work 10-7, in reality most of the summer its 10-830 and have been back to the office as late as 930. Going door to door bothering people who want nothing to do with you often times after its pitch black outside often going to same territory that may have been hit within a few weeks

Amazing company, unlimited growth potential, outstanding management support. Work for Power and stay with Power. This is coming from someone who DOESN'T WORK FOR POWER ANYMORE. I worked out of the Maryland office for over 2 1/2 years. Nothing negative happened on my end or theirs. They say to get a better idea of where someone is headed, you should look into their past and see where they've been. If that's the case, I'm excited for my future. Any success I get is because of what Power has taught me professionally and personally.

Cons

None. It can consume a lot of your time, but anyone successful didn't get to where they are today taking it 8 hours a day 5 days a week. Put in the overtime.
