      Power gives you the tools to be sucessful; with some hard work and dedication, you can really make a good living here. I've never been happier to wake up in the morning and goto work.

      Pros

      Enjoying going to work is something everyone wants and its just that here at power. Its an amazing group of people that work here which really makes working here enjoyable.Power makes it very easy to earn extra money( Bonus), by simply doing your job correctly. There is so much room for growth with this company and I am so proud to be apart of it!

      I hate when the bathroom runs out of soap and paper towels, and I cant find the maintenance lady!!!

      cool people to work with (most are actively looking for another job)

      Cons

      hours are long (they say its 40 hours a week, 11-7, but you really work 48 a week plus every other saturday) managers for the most part only care about their bonus, not individual employee growth its a pyramid that is very well hidden. People take a free estimate thinking that it is a quick 30 min appointment, when a high pressure salesman goes to the home and stays for at least 3 hours trying to force them to buy a product that is overpriced. all the people who think of it as a career are brainwashed. its a big waste of time, only advantage is collecting a paycheck.
