Pros

- Young/fun atmosphere - Management actually cares about employees - Solid training

Cons

- Door to door sales for long hours all year round - Little room for moving up (I'd assume there are more opportunities in newer branches) - Hours suck (usually 11 - 7 plus ~ 2 weekend days a month) - Poor pay - incentives/bonuses very difficult to earn - Constant rejection - people treat you're inhuman occasionally

Pros

Great attitude at the company and senior management is always willing to help with any concerns or problems. You are given the necessary tools to succeed, all you have to do is apply those tools to the job and you'll have success. There is room for improvement and promotion within the company. All co-workers are willing to help anyone out if they need it. There is a lot of friendly competition within the company to make everyone better.

Cons

Have to get used to a "salesman" lifestyle of being on call.

Pros

Management is always open to suggestions and ideas regardless of your title/position. Production based incentives are frequent and attainable. The people are very friendly and everyone works for a common goal.

Cons

The job can be stressful, but only if you are not working to your own ability. The harder you work the better you are compensated, as in any sales position.
