Pros

First of all, I have to mention how much I absolutely adore all of the people that I work with. It honestly feels like we are one big family because everyone in the work place is so close. No matter if you are new to the company or have been here for years, everyone is always there to help you out. Another thing I like about the job is that you have the opportunity to make a lot of money. The harder you work the more money you make. I really like the fact that the company constantly motivates you to try your best. Employees are constantly rewarded for a job well done. That's why the owners are taking the company to Mexico for a Christmas party. Accomplishments are always acknowledged by management, everything you do, whether big or small is never overlooked.

Cons

The only "con" associated with the job are that the work hours are directly in the middle of the day. Not typically a "con" for those who like to sleep in or get things done early, but for those who like to enjoy the afternoon/dinner time, this can be a downside to the job. If your a college student and working full-time at Power, the hours make it hard for afternoon classes and/or night classes as well. That was my biggest set back when thinking about whether or not to take the job at Power, but management is so flexible that they are actually willing to work with you and your school.

Pros

When presented with challenging objectives the managers are always available and ready to help with any problem. The employees as well are helpful, fun, and always willing to make the work day go by a little quicker, not to mention that most people I work with are close friends as well. Another upside to power is the executives who treat us employees with respect and do not mind taking us on company trips. For example last December they decided to take the entire company on a cruise to the Bahamas. Overall my experience with power has been very rewarding, not to mention this holiday season the company will be taking us to a resort in Mexico.

Cons

The goals that power sets are hard to reach but with hard work and a positive attitude it is easy to succeed. The cafe is a little expensive as well.

Pros

Power is a great place to work. I look forward to coming into the office every single day. Power does a great job of making everyone feel like family whether it be a trip, bbq, or outing. I have made some great friends while working here at Power Home Remodeling Group as well. I have also worked in three different fields; marketing, sales and operations and every position is great. The company is growing and is always having new positions that open up which offers great opportunities.

Cons

There is a lot of work to stay on top of and sometimes it spills into time out of the office. That is about it.
