Pros

-Power offers a true opportunity and gives you the road map to get there. The expectations are clear, there is training put in place to help achieve those expectations and you are held accountable for your actions in the "right" way.Any misstep taken is treated as a teachable moment. The investment employees and management make in each other is unparalleled .You will be hard-pressed to find better synergy within an organization.

Cons

-Not many. If you are career driven and seeking a real opportunity "Power" is the right place to be. -"Power" people are not "punch in,punch out" people, they do what it takes to get the job done right, that may not be a great fit for people looking to make a minimal invest at work. -Schedule: being the best and what you do and getting "different" results requires a different type of action, people at "Power" are not afraid to work.

Pros

Excellent opportunity for growth, a high income, and an incredible work environment -as the company grows, I'm excited to have the chance to travel and help other offices open -furthermore with growth, I truly feel I have potential for real advancement and upward mobility. -for the most part, My committment to being great at what I do, dictates my income, which is incredible. I came from a teaching background, and no matter how good I was, I wouldn't get further compensated unless I coached a sport. -I enjoy the work environment and I love the people I work with. I have found lifelong friends within my peers at work - I feel like I couldn't have wished for more from a career -the best thing about Power, is I pop my head off the pillow in the morning, I love what I do, and I experience self-achievement everyday. I don't believe I could have been this good anywhere else

Cons

Not many -the job is what you make of it -the first year, the schedule can be a little tricky, but it gets better as you achieve certain goals -you work Saturdays, but who doesn't these days? Even that can be fun though

Pros

-this company is BOOMING in terms of revenue/growth opportunities -entrepreneurial spirit -new ideas are fostered and you really do have the power to make a name for yourself within the business with your ideas, how hard you work, and the time you put in -company culture is tough to beat: everyone is really close and the company invests a lot of time and money in providing frequent cultural events (like dinners, nights out, COMPANY WIDE VACATIONS) for employees to enjoy; employees travel in between offices if they'd like as well to explore the business further and develop relationships with other offices -advancement is real and people who "stick it out" in more entry level positions will move upward in a short amount of time (Power only promotes from within) especially as the company expands and opens new offices in new territories -amazing promotions and incentives for people in sales/marketing (but not as much in other positions within the company- see cons) to win iPads, vacations, etc. with good performance (reasonable tiers to hit also to receive these gifts) -amazing upper management- the CEO's REALLY ARE sitting in on everything and are well aware of each individual pretty much throughout the business- it's great to see upper management so active in making sure employees are happy/being recognized

Cons

-the company has just recently experienced a boom within the past couple of years with the opening of several offices so things are constantly changing/improving--> if you are a person who does not do well with change, it may not be the place for you -some people believe that high turnover in the marketing positions is because of Power- it's not Power at all- it's the nature of most marketing positions, most positions in marketing are challenging (BUT THEY ARE EXTREMELY VITAL TO OUR BUSINESS AND CREATE THE SUCCESS WE SEE IN OUR BUSINESS) but MARKETING itself is not a career, it moves you INTO a career within another sector of Power. You are not meant to stay in marketing for a long period of time...it simply trains you on the business and with your hard work and dedication, you will move up in no time....don't be "put off" if turnover seems high in that one department...it's a tough job and not many people in this day in age are not willing to work for it (in ANY company with outbound marketing teams) however, if you stick it out a couple of months, a new opportunity is on the horizon and Power does a great job recognizing that and moving people forward. And if you begin in marketing, you do have the power just like everyone else at hitting your bonuses and they are uncapped and I've seen SEVERAL marketers make 7-8,000 in one pay period (it's not as rare to find as some of these reviews are making it sound). Then you do have the few marketers who sit comfortably at the base salary and don't work for more (then yes, the pay is not great- you have to work for great pay--> everyone does). -lots of incentives and promotions for marketing/sales divisions which take up a majority of the business but not as much excitement for people in other positions within the business--> not as motivating for them
