Your co workers are very motivating and helpful. Managers are always a phone call away if you have any problems or concerns.

Cons

Going door to door is always a difficult job. Approaching customers in retail locations and asking them to schedule an estimate for a roof when they are there to buy a loaf of bread is going to be tough.

I work with a great group of people who go above and beyond what is required of them. There is always someone there when you need help and the company itself is a great support system.

Cons

It is sometimes difficult to separate my work like from my personal life. I find that it is hard to leave work at work at the end of the day.
