      Being surrounded by people whose goals are to make you an overall better person and professional. The pay structure is great. Has an easy structure to be successful even without prior experience. The company is set up for longevity and they ensure to take care of their employees.

      Can be stressful from if you lack time management and discipline.

      Pros

      Power is a great place to work ! I have been with the company for over 5 years and it has changed my life in every way. The training and personal attention you receive is like no other and the leadership really does care. They will go above and beyond for not only your professional development but your personal development as well and the company embodies a “send the elevator back down” mindset through every part of the organization. Power is unique in that it offers the opportunity for financial freedom & a sense of community, and I can never see myself working anywhere else

      Some departments are not your typical 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (can be an adjustment at first)
