Pros

Theres amazing culture, support, training, and people who work for power. Theres tons of events that they host that are super fun Lots of community building and personal development. And you can make enormous ammounts of money if you stick with it.

Cons

You have to have a very strong work ethic, grit, determination, and discipline to be good at this job. It will probably be the hardest thing you've ever done, but once you become good at it, it will be the best decision you ever made to work here. The schedule is pretty hard to get used to at first. And this job is mostly mental so you have to be able to deal with that.

In the summer time it gets a little hot, other than that it’s not an easy job, and the work life balance is a little tedious but the rewards and the learning experiences shape you to be a better career opportunist, and have financial stability.

depending schedule is corky.. Midde of day but its Necessary. AC is to cold and some days the job is challeging and can mess with your emotions
