Pros

Power invests a lot in the well-being and development of its employees. Power has uncapped earning potential and employees are thoroughly trained on their blueprint for success. Power offers great benefits to their employees, and has received a ton of recognition for being one of the best places to work. There is always extra help readily available for employees, personal and professional. I am grateful for the opportunity that I've been given at Power, and the people in the organization that work to help me try to fulfill my highest potential. There are multiple career paths within the company such as leadership roles, relocations to other territories, and transfers to other departments. You get what you put into it, and that's all I can ever ask for as an employee. Power also has a fun, competitive growth culture and they make a lot of effort to show appreciation for their employees. Power gives back to the community and gives employees the chance to get involved. Power is very inclusive and encourages and supports people's differences. Power continues to grow, and the sooner you get your foot in the door, the longer you can reap the benefits.

Cons

There aren't any cons. You have to be willing to put in the effort. Effort counts twice compared to skill.

Pros

The company is structured to create real opportunities for growth. Leadership actively challenges and supports you to improve both professionally and personally. The culture and atmosphere are top-notch and stand out compared to other Fortune 500 companies I’ve worked for.

Cons

You drive a lot to make a lot of money.

Pros

This is the best company I’ve ever worked for in terms of growth. They hire great people and then turn them into great reps. Because they hire great people you’re going to make more friends than you’ve ever had in the past and the activities and involvement they do give you a sense of purpose and they also hand you a process that gives you the ability to earn more money than you’d ever expect and you get to have fun while you’re doing it.

Cons

Anything I can list as a con is nothing more than a mindset issue. I could say you’re challenged, you’re held accountable, or it’s difficult to be the highest preforming. These would be cons for a person that wants to coast and take the path of least resistance. It’s a performance based job.I say it’s a different world on the same planet because most people in life spend all day complaining about the job they work. There will be people that read this and say “it’s too good to be true” or be dismissive but it’s not a fault of their own it’s that the world they live in limits the belief that there could be something so great. The expectation of the life you live now will limit what you can do if you with your future at power
