Pros

Principal is a great company. They have great benefits and work life balance. But this position is not for the weak. The training is very high level and extremely fast. Once you're kicked out of training you're immediately on the floor with very little help from anyone. You're completely clueless but expected to meet goals from the get go. There's not enough trainers so you are being trained by your coworkers who are overworked and drowning themselves.

Cons

Training is horrible. You're learning on the job and nobody around to help.
