      Benefits are great. , company size is great...

      Cons

      They onlt care about des moines location. After closing other branches that staff doesn't matter. Pay is bad, raises are nonexistent.

      The general staff and leadership at Principal are great. You get the benefits of a larger company while still feeling close knit.
