      Pros

      Great space to be creative. I’ve been allowed to manage our Chilean Digital Org and propose and implement several ideas through the years. They’ve been very supportive too with my MBA diploma, funding half of it and giving me the space to be able to study it while working in my position. They’ve been supportive with our hybrid work since pandemic ended.

      Cons

      Sometimes decisions involve too many levels and conversations to be taken. We tend to be slow and extremely risk averse. That prevents innovation and autonomy in general.
