Bad executive leadership

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Flexible time off is great depending on the team you're on. People are great to work with. Good work life balance, again depending on you're team.

Cons

Executive leadership has made it clear they only value positive feedback and are unwilling to change based on constructive criticism. Mandatory return to office 3 days a week for anyone within 30 miles including employees that were hired as full time remote employees. They are monitoring badge scans and are not giving clear guidelines on how they are being evaluated, no direction on how holidays and time off will be handled. Executive leadership has violated principals long standing core values with their unwillingness to admit their mistakes, resistance to value employee feedback, and dishonesty with employees that were hired as full time remote employees. Employees have lost trust in executive leadership and are opting out of giving feedback since it will fall on deaf ears.

Pros

Fancy buildings that mostly stand empty Good work/life balance

Cons

The culture is changing. In an effort to project wokeness, biases are occurring in the hiring and promotion cycle. If you are a female minority, this is the place for you. But if you are an OWM (old white male) your hiring chances or advancement are severely limited. Principal also continues to cut benefits - after a wave of cuts to the retirement plans, they have now scaled back a very popular employee stock purchase benefit.
