      A great place to work if you have a great leader.

      Cons

      Your manager determines: Your mental health Your promotions Your career goals Your work-life balance Your best interests During the interview process I met with my manager, and we had great connection. Shortly after starting my manager was changed and I received a toxic manager who not only demoted my career but my physical, emotional and mental health. Human resources did not provide any support when asked, everything is determined by your leader.

      Some good-some bad, but the good was not good enough.

      Pros

      *There a some super smart and friendly people working at PFG that make the work experience fantastic. *Some interesting work if you can get into the right department/project.

      Cons

      *New software engineering employee on-boarding is awful across several departments/projects. *The tech debt is MASSIVE. *Your job satisfaction and opportunities to grow as an engineer are very dependent on the department your in, the team your on, your lead and your manager. *The work culture they promote is pretty much smoke and mirrors. *Salaries and benefit were shrinking while their profit were hitting all time highs. *There were some super smart and helpful engineers that want to see you succeed but there were also some that were smug, arrogant and seem to make working with them intentionally unbearable.

      PGS India management is ridiculous

      Nice clients, other benefit like medical and leaves.

      Cons

      Now this is no more captive company new management is from service based and making this organization like service based company. Not following one principal one policy. And also some policy like 3 month's notice period and pressure to work hybrid insted of wfh.
