Great culture. People are kind and respectful. Great benefits.

Cons

SO many meetings. A lot of mid-level managers and consultants whose sole purpose seems to be to hold meetings. It leaves people who do the actual development work with limited time to do it. People with skills and work ethic can get overwhelmed.

They are very supportive of employees growth and trying to give them opportunities. And I personally have a good leader who creates a supportive environment

The benefits are getting worse and worse and it seems like management is not able to keep to their word when it comes to hybrid/remote working. They also are paying below market value. Internal promotions seem to be less than what they offer externally.
