There is lots of mantra to grow in this company and one of them is by buttering. Work is not required because there are many managers who have not seen codes or been productive in ages. Other mantra is get very close to a senior management. You will lots of these very close couples and everyone around knows about it and makes fun of it but no one speaks of it. The cascading effect is now you see couples everywhere as the environment encourages it. Interference of these couples basis their likes and dislikes of others cause problems and issues. If highlighted the response you will get us it’s a personal matter. Many senior leaders have left the Organization and I am aware a lot of them are also trying since last few years but unable to get a job outside. So imagine the development you would get from such demotivated leaders. Most of the new management hired are people thrown out of other Organizations and we have taken them with open arms. HR should atleast do a good background verification on them.
