- Innovative (way more to the business than just standard real estate) - Progressive (inclusive culture, leading the way for commercial real estate) - Great benefits (401k, bonus, parental leave, vacation days, medical, vision/dental, etc.)

Cons

- Company is growing at a fast rate with multiple business lines. Will be important to keep these organized.

- Friendly people - Great company values, such as, “Be curious and intellectually rigorous in your work. Make independent judgements and be resourceful." - Healthy work-life balance, and ability to request time off, and work flextime

Cons

- I don't have a lot of cons off the top of my head, but maybe one weak point is a lack of awareness/collaboration between different departments in the company. However, I think this is being actively worked on, with initiatives, such as "Vision 2030".
