      Pros

      - Very smart people, friendly environment. Everyone I've approached regardless of title has been very nice and collaborative. - Interesting industry. Each day is different. - Global company with relatively small size workforce so you don't feel like your one amongst millions. - Solid perks/comp packages.

      Cons

      - Lots going on. Important to set boundaries.

      Pros

      Terrific culture, everyone is really supportive and wants to get to know you and your role; very much a relationships-based culture. We offer strong total rewards packages, inclusive benefits, our offices are beautiful and in great locations. We have the scale and resources of a big company with the flexibility and agility of a smaller organization. The company has also embraced office flexibility, which benefits everyone.

      Cons

      Like most companies, PLD could do more to advance I&D initiatives. There are also opportunities to increase collaboration and share consistent best practices across the org.
