Good benefits. Some teams offer really flexible schedules Lots of training opportunities if you are a self starter.

Cons

Branch of real estate so very much so male focused field and elevating males in their career path. Less than 15% of leadership is female. Moving to bring people back in office Lack of upward mobility and they try to run lean in areas they should not.

Vacation is not respected. Expect to be contacted at all times while on PTO DEI is a joke. This is still a very good ole boy industry and Prologis does not do much to foster positive change
