Cons

It is impossible to get ahead. Career advancement is not what you know, its who you know. Promotions are not based on merit and its a very frustrating environment for ambitious people

Pros

Prologis is a great company. Compensation and benefits package are solid when compared to similar roles elsewhere. Brand recognition within the Real Estate industry is also a plus.

Cons

Some sides of the business can be considered understaffed especially when compared to similar sized companies . The full platform is over 1B square feet across almost 20 countries yet the staff is only about 2500 people. The lean approach is great but you can clearly see some stress cracks especially during certain cycles. Growth opportunities are plenty but are not always clearly defined.
