Pros

I love working at Prologis. Work/life balance is great, we have phenomenal benefits - health insurance (I have a chronic illness and had no issues with coverage), PTO, 401k, bonuses, stock program, lots of events and lunches in and outside the office, etc. Denver office is very cool and has lots of snacks, drinks, and even wine, beer, and kombucha on draft. Company leadership is well-respected, I don't think I've ever worked for or heard of a company where everyone agreed wholeheartedly on how great the CEO is. The company outlook is strong. I'm also an immigrant and never felt out of place or unwelcomed. I LOVE participating in Impact Day - a day when all offices shut down and everyone does volunteering. I genuinely hope I stay here for a long time.

- IT team has an awesome culture - Teamwork and collaboration are unparalleled - Lots of ancillary benefits including education opportunities and reimbursement, health related benefits, and philanthropic initiatives - IT Leadership - Hamid Moghadam, CEO

Cons

- Health Insurance is affordable, however post billings seem to be a bit higher than previous employers
