      Pros

      Very open and empowering IT, decision-oriented rather than status-quo. It mgmt. is very supportive of employee development with generous training allocations and education plans. There is a lot of support to learn new tech areas and principles and work with real POCs and make products Production ready. A flat organization structure helps voice ideas, concerns quickly. Management is very respectful of work-life balance, really love this place which is also growing so fast.

      Pros

      Prologis has one of the best company cultures that I have experienced throughout my career. People at Prologis genuinely want to help one another succeed vs. at other companies where people are stepping on each other to climb the corporate ladder. Prologis runs lean in terms of the number of employees, but generally speaking they have some of the best and brightest folks in the industry. There is also an openness to real-time feedback and continuous improvement. The IT team has built a great partnership with the business over the past several years and has earned a proverbial "seat at the table". Prologis is a very fast past environment with high expectations and will not be a great fit for everyone. For people who like to be continuously challenged, it is the perfect fit!! There is never a dull moment at Prologis as there is a heightened focused on staying ahead of competition. Additionally, flexibility with working from home in the IT organization is a huge benefit!

      Cons

      For those looking to climb the corporate ladder, Prologis may not be for you as it is a relatively flat organization. This isn't necessarily a con, but a consideration for some.
