Generally a pretty progressive and innovative workplace that is always trying to make itself better. Diversity in thought and employee base. At the heart of it, you can tell they care about the employees and culture. A focus on community service and environmental impact. A lot of direct communication from the top leaders which makes them feel more accessible. Wonderful colleagues to work with.

Cons

There can be limited job mobility options depending on your goals. An innovation focus sometimes leads to a lot of initiatives.
