Pros
Regional markets and market leaders are world-class. Life in the corporate offices is solid but can be a bit stoggy and old school at times. The senior leadership team has been focused on promoting internal talent so there is some fresh energy in the company. It's a work hard play hard type of culture, which I enjoyed. You can't go wrong at Prologis, it's a great place to work.
Cons
As I mentioned before, it's a bit old school. Dissent in meetings can feel cold and negative, but it's just the old-school culture where getting information out regardless of tone is more important than worrying about feelings. Again, not good or bad, just part of the results-driven culture (remember, it's a for-profit company and everyone benefits when it does well).
