      Pros

      Prologis is more that an industrial REIT. Prologis is changing the way we operate industrial properties through the digitization of our platform by focusing on customer solutions that holistically add value for them. Your hard work and innovative ideas are welcomed. This is a company that listens to its people.

      Cons

      Prologis is the best and hardest company I have ever worked for! The bar is set high but the reward for your passion and hard work pays strong dividends. Prologis is a disruptor of " Business as usual" which can be awkward at times. Change management is a big part of how we approach our business strategies which can be challenging at times. The punch line is that " you will never be bored".

      Prologis really does care about it's employees and their development. Always looking for ways to innovate and diversify. Customer focus. Amazing benefits!

      Great Benefits, Great DEIB/Inclusivity Initiatives

      Cons

      Leadership very inconsistent. No sense of organization. Minimal training for both leadership and lower levels. No flex days. They only invest in the business not in their people.
