Prologis really care about their employees' wellbeing. Expectations and standards are set high but the rewards are worth it. Good remuneration package, excellent culture & team spirit, great benefits including subsidised lunches & gym membership, BUPA health insurance, dental insurance, good annual leave allowance & lots more...

Cons

As with any job it can be stressful and long hours at times.

- laid-back, considerate and respectful employees - strong work-life balance - collaborative and innovative culture where new ideas and speaking up is encouraged - strong values, leading with customer centricity, that embody senior leadership - really nice offices with fun perks (cold brew, snacks, etc) - tech-forward in terms of systems and software solutions - inspiring CEO who provides a strong vision for the company

Cons

- some salaries are below market - like any giant corporation, sometimes it takes a long time to implement certain changes
