False promises of fully remote work.

The people are wonderful, and there is always someone willing to teach/train you on a topic you are struggling with.

Cons

I was hired at Prologis with the promise that my role would be fully remote. However, now senior leadership has decided that all employees must be in office again several times a week. “Flexibility with accountability”. This is not what was advertised, and I would not have accepted this role knowing it would shortly become hybrid. Very bad form from management.

Fantastic place to work with a genuine effort on growth of its employees professionally and creating an inclusive and accepting workplace. I am inspired by the company's proven focus on improving environmental sustainability as well.

Cons

Slight growing pains from the company growing so quickly over the last few years in respect to centralization of data throughout the company and processes among new teams
