Cons

Fast-pace isn’t for everyone. Less hand-holding. Evolving processes can be tough to navigate. Workload balance can fluctuate. Not a fit for everyone.

Great company with strong record of performance + supportive team + incredible boss + awesome compensation package.

Cons

The 5-day work week. I wish we had the option to do (4) 10-hour days instead. Most companies don't have that, but it's the only con I can think of!
