The opportunities in this company are endless. The support your team provides is wonderful. I left my last job feeling scared of my next move. I’m happy I took the chance, Prologis is great!

Cons

Prologis is doing great market wise and has a great portfolio. However, wish they would compensate as such. Benefits are great, but we’re living in a very expensive time.

Company puts employees first, I am surrounded by great people, and we are on front lines of technology and sustainability.

Cons

Fast paced, always rolling out new initiatives, some stick some do not, but always moving forward with potential new ways of doing things. Keeps us very busy. Not for everyone but if you can get used to the pace and initiatives, it is an amazing company to work for.
