Cons

As it's a very fast pace company sometimes is hard to keep with all the changes and communication, it's improving though.

I have been with Prologis for more than 3 years and learn something new every day about Prologis. Prologis really is so much more than warehouses, as the title implies. I spend my day talking to people in different regions across the globe and in different teams...I could talk to someone in legal for one hour, then have a meeting with our research and sustainability teams the next. Our sustainability team is really working to meet lofty goals for 2023 and personally, I've shown several close friends and family about all that Prologis is working to meet the goals. Is everything great, no, but no company is perfect. There are still DEIB goals that the team is working on and we need to see more women and minorities feel welcome in this space.

Cons

Don't come here if you want to hide and do little work. I have friends I would love to have come work here, but I also know they want an easy job to just make money - that is NOT Prologis. DEIB continues to need work. The creation of ERG's has been a great add over the last couple of years, but I'd really like to see more women in leadership positions.
