Pros

The organization and leaders across the company care for employees. I have encountered support and encouragement from my manager and above. The company is passionate about being a leader and innovator across an industry that isn't necessarily known for innovation. In the couple of years I've been here, I have seen the company ask questions on how it can do better, then listen and try and act on the feedback.

Cons

The company at higher levels suffers from a lack of diversity, but this is evident across the industry. Certain departments are better than others in this space; and Prologis is making an effort to improve.

Management Styles/Culture Depending on team, there is no consideration for work/life balance; particularly during large-scale acquisitions Do not make good on their promises/don't actually care about their employees Severely lacking in training Below average bonus structure Employee review process poorly executed Held to expectations that are undefined and a moving target

- Innovative (way more to the business than just standard real estate) - Progressive (inclusive culture, leading the way for commercial real estate) - Great benefits (401k, bonus, parental leave, vacation days, medical, vision/dental, etc.)

Cons

- Company is growing at a fast rate with multiple business lines. Will be important to keep these organized.
