Propio Language Services reviews about "training"

The culture was falling fast. There was greater emphasis on getting to the next dollar amount than there was on the people in the organization. There was no training or personal development opportunity, even though they promote that as being a core value.

The major con of working at Propio is the toxic work environment. This is a top down issue. The C-Suite is completely disorganized and ran by large egos. This trickles down to the director/manager level positions. It seems that managers were promoted based on who you are and not what you bring to the table. It is very clear there is a lack of people management training and bad habits were adopted from the C-Suite. If you are in search of a company that provides professional development, keep looking. The lack of communication, organization, and moral compass leads to a toxic work environment for those at the bottom of the totem pole. There is also a lack of diversity among leadership in both race and gender, very disappointing for a "modern language services" company.

One area where Propio could improve is in providing regular feedback and professional development opportunities. As an interpreter, having constructive feedback can help improve performance and refine skills. More training or mentorship programs would be beneficial for long-term growth.
