Pros
- Work life balance compared to other strategy consultancies - Offices centrally located - Important clients
Cons
- Driven and smart people are penalysed and told to lower their quality of work to comply to the firm lower standards - Most of the projects are PMOs - very little strategy - the people attracted to the firm are therefore not of high intellectual caliber - Pay is an absolute joke - NEGOTIATE like there was no tomorrow when they make you a first offer, you can go as high as x1.5 the initial offer - Emiratis get paid double and have incredible benefits - absolutely not fair to expat who are 99% of the time more qualified - The business is divided in sylos, no cooperation globally and not even locally, not allowed to share a presentation for someone working in the same firm sitting in front of you because the revenue is not shared... a true joke knowing that consulting is an information & people business and not a PROCESS one (unlike what the management thinks). - Really, there are just so many cons that it's too long to list., do not start your career here!!!!
