Pros
Perhaps a great job to have coming right out of college. There is a steep learning curve at first and the demands are high by management to do a good job. It teaches you to be accountable, dependable, and to work in a team environment. The firm offers great benefits (medical, vision, dental, etc.) and their overall vision of how to provide opportunities for growth is worth noting.
Cons
Their vision for providing areas for your growth are dependent on a lot of factors, such as staffing availability, partner approval, and willingness of HR. While there is a willingness to help you, don't be surprised if you have to develop a business case for how this particular opportunity will benefit you, your partner, and the practice. You will be very busy and depending on the type of work you do, you can kiss your evening plans and some weekends goodbye. Since most groups operate as a national practice and not a local practice, be prepared to live out of your suitcase.
