      Unlimited sick leave, bonuses, brand recongintion is something I took for granted, the name gives you a level of instant credibility

      Cons

      work-life balance, getting managers comfortable with taking time off for vacation, personal days, or medical appointments was usually an issue

      Pros

      There really are no good reasons to work for PwC. The best part of my job is the 40 hour work week and sometimes we can take Fridays off during the summer time. But I suggest to all young professionals out there that you can and should be willing to work more than 40 hours a week to advance your career. By 6:00 pm, the office is empty. No one is willing to stay an extra few hours to deliver good work.

      Cons

      This is a very bush league organization. There are so many negative aspects to this company that I cannot possibly delve into on this segment. But I will say one thing, the work is not fulfilling or interesting or exciting. And the quality of associates and partners and all staff levels in between can only be described as tier-2. This is why you will rarely find Ivy League graduates or top ten school graduates at this place. It is filled with tier-2 graduates who consistently insist on working no more than 40 hours a week to deliver weak products. In addition, we will not be receiving raises for this year. Although the capital markets are weak, the ability to give raises should still be present given how much we overcharge clients.
