Business Outlook
Pros
Good benefits, vacation and 401K plan. People are friendly and understanding and generally good to work with. They did not do any mass layoffs during the economic downturn, when many other companies (including the other companies in the big 4) did. Very good reputation, lots of support for getting a higher degree.
Cons
Can be long hours without much recognition for working that long. Very big company and can be easy to get caught up in doing all the admin, etc that goes along with that. Basic corporate culture of a big company can get stifling.
