Business Outlook
Pros
The people you work with and relationships you make are phenomenal. Training is ongoing and often at very nice places. The work is cyclical (real busy during busy season and slows down significantly during off). My Management is very accepting of work life balance and the flexibility in my work schedule is amazing. Raises have also been great but have been declining with the economy as well.
Cons
Promotions to Senior Associate is pretty much a required 3 yrs in my region. There seems to be little exit opportunities in SPA other than internal audit positions. I have found it hard to transfer between lines of services. Bonuses are poor.
