Pros
Unlimited sick time off - when I suddenly became ill and was hospitalized, my coworkers covered for me with utmost support and understanding. Flexible work arrangements - the firm largely supports the "I don't care when or where you get the work done, so long as it's done well and on time!" Meaning, you have the flexibility to get things done e.g. doctor's appointments, etc. Diverse project experiences - there are opportunities to work across lines of service. Corporate visibility - the name on the resume certainly doesn't hurt! Benefits packages - comprehensive and affordable (unforunately not covered in full), but the plans are among the best out there.
Cons
Bonuses and salaries are average, at best. If you're not an accountant, the risk and compliance issues are a pain to deal with.
