      a. Having a good chance to be exposed in competitive business environment. b. Learn to work and study under pressures. c. Learn to balance your work and life d. You will have an opportunity to work with high efficient and effective people and learn from them since the firm a good culture to communicate and share knowledge and experience. e. The firm provide good training system to update your professional status. You will get paid for passing CPA, CIA, ACCA, CGA and so on all of relevant professional license. And also you may have chance to transfer to other locations of the firm easily.

      The work loads are heavy, and it is hard to balance work and life

      Pros

      Advancement, Learning Ops, Hardworking Staff, Community Oriented. THe slow periods are very slow which allows for long vacations or CPA studying

      Cons

      Lack of Worklife Balance, Long Hours. The hours can be very long during busy season with little sleep even on the weekends. This in the New York office so it may be different else where. If you are not into working long hours for periods of the year then this is not the place for you. Very hard to study for the CPA while working tons of hours. Get your CPA before you start at PWC or else it will be quite hard.

      Pros

      Work life balance is incredibly important at PwC. Because it's such a grueling industry, they really look for all opportunities to reward their people. Salary was competitive and they're really good about looking for other opportunities within the firm if you're wanting to switch your line of business. Additionally, they were really great about transferring me to another office when I needed to relocate.

      Cons

      Some of the partners don't always appreciate the lower level staff. They don't necessarily see their value and are hard to work with.
